3 months later, my car was stolen by Auto Expo Web from my job. The new company had to place my paperwork on hold because there was nothing to pay off. At this time, Im thinking something fraudulent is going on. I received call 2 months later from Auto Web stating that you refinanced your vehicle with us and you need to register your car. So I end up paying the $92 dollars and the car was paid in full.
I never received call backs from ***** or ***. I called Auto Expo back on several occasions trying to figure out what is going on. He also stated that it takes a few days after the paperwork is processed. The sales man that Im working with stated they have not received my paperwork yet to process anything.
I called the new *************** about the paperwork that was mailed. I received a notice from my bank 3 weeks later, stating that I made a payoff and $92.00 is remaining. *** also said if I did cancel I would contact ***** to get a refund on the **** I also mentioned to *** that I found a company that Im going through and I just wanted to make sure that was clear. *** stated that everything would stay the same unless I canceled the information. After I sent the paperwork off, I contacted ***** and *** to see if my warranties and ************* would still be intact. I went through the process with them signed off on the paperwork and mailed everything off. A few weeks later, I found a company that would refinance my car. So I contacted ************ would find my own company. I spoke with ***** the Finance manager to see what my options and I was not pleased with the numbers or the information on the paperwork. The first option was through the dealership I got my vehicle through Auto Web Expo. In April 2022, I decided I wanted to refinance my car and was looking at my options. I purchased a vehicle through Auto Expo Web in May, 2022. Since that day Auto Web Expo have not responded to me as I have requested in the letter.I am requesting that this transaction be expedited immediately as of today and for Auto Web to contact me once they have completed the transfer of the entire refund service contract amount of $5000.00 to my lien holder or me.This issue with refunds of service contract seems to be a common practice and issue with auto Web Expo. ************ which has not transpired as of today.

I am sure since that time the dealership has had an applicable amount of time to receive the check in the mail.Prior to that day I sent letter directly to Auto Web Expo business address certified and notarized on I requested that the full refund amount of $5000.00 be applied to my account with my lien holder which is GM Financial Account No.
Axiom sent the entire amount of $5000.00 back to your dealership on in the form of a check. Later I contacted the dealership via certified mail on to notify them of my intent to cancel the service contract and to contact me once my request was completed.
